Fault maintenance and power protection improvement of two-channel micro-injection pump
Dual channel precision injection pump is mainly used in general wards, ICU and other departments. It is characterized by mobility, easy installation, simple operation, small size, light weight, and has the characteristics of precise and micro injection drugs, which is suitable for patients who need a long time micro drug administration, and can reduce the workload of nurses and improve work efficiency. In this paper, two kinds of fault phenomena and maintenance of double-channel precision injection pump are analyzed, and the technical improvement of the power supply part of the equipment is made for reference
1. Fault 1
1.1 Fault Symptom
Dual-channel precision injection pump power short circuit occurred after starting work for a period of time, without any display.
1.2 Fault Analysis and Handling
First check the power input, measured the normal output voltage of the socket 220 V, the power supply is normal; Then open the back cover of the double-channel precision injection pump, use a multimeter to measure the power supply voltage inside the double-channel precision injection pump, the pointer is not moved, and the input voltage is not measured; Remove the power interface slot and check that the surface of the power supply part in the slot contains liquid and is short-circuited. After replacing the power interface slot and reconnecting the power supply, you can measure the input power supply voltage and the power supply voltage inside the input dual-channel precision injection pump. The fault is solved and the whole machine works normally. The reason for this failure is that the power module of the double-channel precision injection pump has no protective device, and the operation of the medical staff is not standardized, and the liquid leakage occurs during use, causing partial short circuit of the power supply.
2. Fault 2
2.1 Fault Symptom

2.2 Fault Analysis and Handling
First, check the interface of the dual-channel precision injection pump and find that the power display on the panel is normal, indicating that the power supply is normal. Then check whether the needle is stuck at the buckle, and find that the needle is not stuck at the buckle, some parts are outside the buckle, and there is an obvious protrusion; Remove the clasp, take out the syringe, and find yellow mucus around the clasp. Scrub the clasp with a wet paper towel until the yellow mucus disappears. Then tighten the needle barrel at the clip again, and open the device to work normally [3-4]. The reason for this failure is that the dual-channel precision injection pump has been used for a long time, and liquid leaks into the buckle, resulting in corrosion of the buckle and yellow mucus, which leads to the needle cannot be tightly fastened.
3. Improved power protection
In view of the frequent phenomenon of short-circuit power supply and buckle corrosion caused by liquid leakage of the double-channel precision injection pump, we used the abandoned double-channel precision injection pump to observe the phenomenon of liquid dripping, and found that the main dripping part was the electrical part of the double-channel precision injection pump, and the corrosion was more serious, and the liquid leaked into the pump, and then leaked to the outside through the inside. This leads to serious corrosion of the entire two-channel precision injection pump. This phenomenon may even cause damage to the power supply board inside the pump, so it was decided to make a waterproof mold outside the power supply to avoid dripping and leakage.
According to the design of waterproof box, the PVC box is used to make the double channel precision injection pump power supply box mold. The mold has good waterproof characteristics, with a length of 11 cm and a width of 5.5 cm. The mold is provided with two protective covers located at the power outlet (Figure 1). The first protective cover is for the power cord to pass through, while protecting the power socket, reducing the possibility of liquid entering the power socket; The second protective cover of the pump body is used to protect the installation gap on the pump body, reducing the possibility of liquid entering the pump body through the installation gap. Two protective covers can greatly reduce the probability of short circuit caused by liquid falling on the pump body. After the production is completed, use waterproof glue to paste the outer box mold to the outside of the precision injection pump power supply, and observe again that there is no dripping phenomenon at the power interface slot of the pump, which meets the expected requirements. At the source, and the corrosion is more serious, the liquid leaks into the inside of the pump, and through the inside to the outside, resulting in serious corrosion of the entire two-channel precision injection pump. This phenomenon may even cause damage to the power supply board inside the pump, so it was decided to make a waterproof mold outside the power supply to avoid dripping and leakage.
